Capricorn, Aquarius, and PiscesBy Francine L. HuffLearning & Life Columnist
Choosing a career isn't always easy. To help narrow your choices and determine what type of degree to pursue, take a look at some jobs that work for Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces.
Capricorn (December 22-January 19): Keeping Your Eyes on the PrizeIf you're like many Capricorns, you may have a serious demeanor and be goal-oriented. A job in engineering may suit your disciplined and ambitious personality, and your skill with your hands. Also, because others may view you as a very responsible person who is trustworthy with money, an accounting career might be just the ticket. Thanks to your reliable, dependable nature, your superiors on the job may give you a lot of responsibility because they know that you take your work seriously.Aquarius (January 20 - February 18): Creating Your FutureLike other Aquarians, you may be personable and have a quick wit. You're the trend setter of your group, and others may constantly find themselves wondering what innovative idea you're going to come up with next. You're a visionary, and a creative job in the arts--such as photography, music, or graphic design--may allow you to really thrive. Because you tend to come up with new ideas and think out of the box, an IT job may be a good fit because you can exercise your problem-solving skills. These careers will also suit your tendency to work independently.Pisces (February 19-March 20): Going With the Flow of Your PersonalityPisces people tend to be empathetic and patient, making them ideal for careers in healthcare or social work. You are a natural caregiver who tries to help other people feel more comfortable. Your compassion for others, as well as your kind, intuitive nature, encourages people to seek support from you. Social work and healthcare jobs may suit your personality because your sense of loyalty lets others know that they can count on you. You can be trusted to work through difficult situations, and your imaginative side helps you solve tough problems, which is important in jobs in the healthcare and social work sectors. It's important to choose a career that suits your personality, interests, and goals. Once you know what you want, you may be amazed at how the stars line up for you. About the Author Francine L.
